That was the heart of Scars That Scream, my two-hour ritual for Rock Your Rack 2025 on Dark Star Radio. This wasn’t just a show. It was survival made sound. A battlefield dressed in music.
Through the night, scars became songs. Songs became memory. Memory became sacred defiance.
Each beat carried stories of survival—from the brutal defiance of Hocico and Psyclon Nine, to the haunted beauty of Delerium and Assemblage 23.
Together, they carved survival into the dark and made it scream.
Because scars are not weakness. They are maps. They are crowns. They are proof that survival itself is holy.
