I’m done watching veterans fall through the cracks of an outdated communication system.
Missed calls. Phone tag. Two people leaving voicemails for each other. Private messages sitting unseen for four weeks before anyone responds. Veterans should not have to fight this hard just to be heard.
That is why I’m developing a concept for a better VA community and communication system, built for the way people communicate today. AI within the system could help route messages, track unanswered requests, flag delays, and prevent veterans from being forgotten.
Right now, it is only a concept. But I’m done waiting for someone else to fix the problem.
I’m calling on veterans of every branch, background, shape, and size: Help me get this in front of Veterans Affairs.
I served in the U.S. Army from 2005 to 2013. My teeth have been shattered since shortly before I left the service. I received implants right before COVID, but getting back into VA dental care to have them repaired has been incredibly difficult.
